Bringing regional Italian cuisine to Oak Park from Corbara, Italy – Chef Ciro opened his shop with take and bake, and one dish on the menu. From day one of the shop, I provided creative direction and collaborated directly with the owner to build a brand from the ground up.

We have developed a brand in Oak Park around connection and consideration. A consideration for high-quality ingredients, a consideration for the products on our shelves, and that we eat and live with.
